Abstract

PURPOSE:To change the characteristics of the motor easily by setting up a cylindrical magnetic material yoke to the inner wall of the cylindrical case of a nonmagnetic material while being opposed to a magnet. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical magnet 4 is disposed at the center in the cylindrical case 1, and a cylindrical coil 9 is arranged rotatably between the magnet 4 and the case 1. The cylindrical case 1 is formed by the nonmagnetic material while the cylindrical magnetic material yoke 6 is set up onto the inner wall of the cylindrical case 1 as being opposed to the magnet 4. Accordingly, the characteristics of the motor can be changed simply because an arbitrary gap between the magnetic material yoke 6 and the magnet 4 can be set by replacing the yoke 6 with one of different thickness.

A part of the rotor 8 has a commutator 10 fixed to one end of a cylindrical coil 9, and a bush IIK rotating shaft 12 provided at the center of the commutator IO. Bearings 13 are provided at both ends of the cylindrical portion 20.
14 is provided, the rotor 8 is inserted through the opening of the case l, and the rotating shaft 12 is passed through the bearings 13 and 14. At this time, the cylindrical coil 9 is located between the magnet 4 and the magnetic yoke 6. Further, a thrust regulating washer 15 is provided at the tip of the shaft 12, and a pinion 16 is attached. A glass brush stand 17 is fitted into the receiving stage 3 of the opening of the case 1, and the brush stand 1
The brush 19 provided on the terminal 18 of No. 7 is brought into sliding contact with the segment 1011 of the commutator 10.

In this coreless motor, the magnetic flux Φ is I from the magnetic pole N of the magnet 4.
It connects to the slit edge of the magnetic yoke as indicated by the arrow in Figure IJ2, passes through the yoke 6, and returns to the magnetic pole S from near the magnetic pole S. In this way, the magnetic flux φ crosses the cylindrical coil 9, and the terminal 18

With this configuration, when changing the characteristics of this coremeter, the magnetic yoke 6 has to be attached.
By replacing the magnetic yoke 60 with a different one, it is possible to set an arbitrary gear lug between it and the magnet 4.
Motor characteristics can be easily changed. If this is combined with a change in the specifications of the coil 9, a wider range of characteristics is possible. In addition, since the case 1 is made of non-magnetic material and K aluminum, etc., the motor can be made small and light. Moreover, by taking advantage of its malleability, the cylindrical part 2 that supports the magnet 4 and the rotation 111112 is integrated with the case 1. Magnet 4 because it can be formed
The eccentricity of the case 1 and the coil 9 is reduced. In addition, since the magnetic yoke 6 is formed of an iron spring body with a cylindrical slit 7 formed therein, *h configuration is simple, and when the position of the slit 7 is placed opposite to the magnetic pole, the magnetic flux passes through the yoke 6. does not cause cuts and does not increase magnetic resistance.

As described above, (1) the coreless motor of the present invention includes a cylindrical magnet disposed at the center within a cylindrical case, and a cylindrical coil rotatably disposed between the magnet and the case; The case is made of non-magnetic material and
Since the cylindrical magnetic yoke is provided on the inner wall of the cylindrical case facing the magnet, motors with different characteristics can be easily obtained using a common case by using magnetic yokes with different thicknesses. Also, since the case is made of non-magnetic material, it has the effect of providing a lightweight motor. As an embodiment, if the cylindrical case is made of aluminum, a lightweight motor can be obtained, and the support tube that supports the magnet can be formed integrally with the case by taking advantage of the malleability of aluminum, so the concentricity between the magnet and the case can be precisely controlled. I can do it well. In addition, a slit is provided in a part of the cylindrical magnetic yoke (cross section C
When the slit is aligned with the direction of the magnetic pole of the magnet, the yoke can be easily attached using its elasticity, and the slit is aligned with the direction of the magnetic pole. Since they are arranged in the same direction, the flow of magnetic flux will not be cut.
