出管と同心的な円筒体を螺合し、該円筒体の周囲には流
入管側と該円筒体内とを連通させる横孔を開設し、該円
筒体の基端部中に調節軸を同心的に螺合し、外部に露呈
した該該調節軸の外端面に工具係合溝を形成し、さ−ら
に該調節軸の延長部を流出管中に突出させ該延長部に弁
体を摺動自在に中通ずると共にその先端に止部材を固設
しコイルバネの一端を該止部材に係止させて該コイルバ
ネにより前記弁体を流入側へ付勢することにより該弁体
を前記円筒体先端の弁座部に相対向させてなることを特
