DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the reuse of poorly formed bricks or cracked bricks that occur when bricks are fired, and specifically relates to the reuse of architectural members made using defective bricks for disposal. It is related to. Generally, fired bricks are
It is formed by kneading stone powder, clay, etc., molding it in a mold, drying it, dehydrating it, and then firing it. However, if foreign objects are mixed into the bricks or gas is generated inside the bricks during firing, the fired bricks may crack or the bricks may expand and become deformed. . Conventionally, these irregularly shaped bricks have no commercial value and are either simply discarded or used at most to strengthen roadbeds, etc. Not only has no effective way of reusing them been found, but it is also difficult to dispose of them. However, the location and transportation costs are increasing year by year. On the other hand, today's buildings increasingly use bricks for both exterior and interior construction. This is because the solidity, natural texture, and sense of peace that bricks have are being rediscovered in a society that is gradually becoming more inorganic, and people are trying to regain a kind of humanity through brick buildings. It is a hail of intentions. However, manufacturing bricks requires a lot of effort and a large amount of energy for firing, and as a result, they become quite expensive. very often. This invention was made against the background of the prior art, and aims to provide a new construction material with the same quality as bricks at a low cost using discarded bricks, thereby eliminating the need to dispose of discarded bricks, which had previously been difficult to dispose of. The aim is to reuse bricks and meet today's requirements for traditional bricks.

First, substandard bricks for disposal are heated, and then cold water is sprayed on them to break them into pieces of a certain size. The broken brick pieces are sorted out, and brick pieces larger than a certain size are crushed further using a crusher. In this way, the brick strips 1 are combined with Portland cement, etc.'! A

get. The surface of the building part side A obtained in this way has Portland cement, which is a binding material, attached to it, so the surface must be polished by appropriate means after demolding or after constructing a building using this material. For example, the brick pieces stand out on the surface, creating an elegant pattern and texture. In addition, if the brick powder produced during brick crushing is incorporated into the binding material 2, the color of the binding material 2 of the product will be close to that of the bricks, thus enhancing the elegance and texture of the brick-like architectural component A. It becomes even more profound.

In this embodiment, brick strips 1 and binding material 2 are poured into a large formwork to obtain a large brick-like building member A, which is then sheared into appropriate thickness and size shapes using a diamond tool 4 to create bricks. It can be used in the same way as bricks as a building material A' or as a brick. In this example,
Since shearing is performed using a diamond tool, the sheared surface of the brick-like building member A' or A# obtained by this is as follows:
It offers an exceptional luster and texture, and once again,
There is no need to polish the surface of the part.

That is, after installing a frame body 6 that forms a joint-like part at the bottom of the large formwork shown in FIG. The material 2 is poured to obtain a brick-like building member A in the form of a large panel as shown in FIG. 3(C). In addition, if the frame body 6 for forming the joint-like parts installed in the formwork is made of resin such as styrene as shown in Fig. 3(b), it can be formed into a joint pattern such as French lamination or English lamination. , it is possible to obtain the desired joint pattern on the panel surface.

By applying a joint material as necessary to the four joint-like parts thus obtained, the panel-shaped brick-like building member A shown in FIG. 3(C) is constructed as if it were made of a single brick. You can get the same effect as if you did.
