持する内筒部と、内外筒をその一端部で半径方向に連続
させる環状平面図とを有する断面°  コ字形の一体成
形環体からなる1対の鋼板製プーリー基板を、その平面
部を突き合わせて一体化したテンションプーリーにおい
て、突き合わせた2枚の環状平面部の円周方向の適数個
所に、対向する2辺がぜん断され、突き合わせた2枚の
環状平面部の一方の外側面に前記せん断部間の2枚の塑
性変形部分が2重に重なって突出する突出部を形成し、
該2重の突出部をさらに変形させて両せん断部が対向す
る方向に張り出させて1対のプーリー基板を一体に固着
したことを特徴とするテンションプーリー。
