    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体の圧力応化に応動して変化する圧力応動素子と、こ
    の圧力応動素子の変位により摺動む、流路を開閉する弁
    装置と、前記圧力応動素子を前記弁装置の閉路する方向
    に付勢し、一端が前記圧力応動素子に当接するバネ部材
    と、このバネ部材の他端を保持する保持部材と、この保
    持部材の略中夫に螺合し、前記圧力応動素子の伸張時に
    その先端が当接するストップ材を備えた流体制御弁。
