The oil tank for OF cables has a built-in bellows-type cell that can expand and contract up and down, and has good responsiveness to oil fluctuations, making it easy to monitor the amount of oil by using the expansion and contraction action of the cell. The bellows type has various advantages such as being easy to carry out, and from this point of view, the bellows type is attracting attention.

However, in the cell attachment process of attaching the cell (4) to the lower surface of the lid (2), the lid (2) equipped with the cell (4) is attached to the upper surface of the fuel tank main body t1. In the attachment process, the welding part is welded with at least the lid passage and the bottom of the lid (2) in an upright position, so that the cell (4) is not forcibly stretched or subjected to lateral bending. Ivy may undergo plastic deformation and become unable to expand or contract or break.

Next l To explain this specifically, the lower surface of the lid body (2)
In the cell attachment process of attaching the cell (4), the cell (4) is contracted as shown in Fig. 2, and the cell (4) in the contracted state has a lid with the welded parts P1 and P2 aligned with each other. It comes into contact with the lower surface of the body (2) and is fixed to the lid body (2) via a screw (5) such as a bolt to maintain the same state.

Next, in the lid attachment step of attaching the lid (2) equipped with the cell (4) to the top surface of the fuel tank body (11), as shown in FIG. The lid body (2) is attached to the top surface of the fuel supply main body (1) so that P4 overlaps each other, and in this case as well, the bottom surface and the lid surface of the fuel tank are held in an upright shape 11i, and the image contact portions P3, P4 is TIG welded.

Until both of the above steps are completed, the cell (4) is attached to the lid (2).
Since the cell (4) is fixed by the screw (5), it is possible to prevent the cell (4) from being forcibly stretched or subjected to lateral bending, resulting in plastic deformation or destruction.

That is, a gas pressurizing means (7) such as an air injector or a gas cylinder is connected to the communication port (1)' attached to the pulp t1+' of the oil supply tank body (1). This means (7) is shown in FIG. 4 for convenience. ), the desired gas is pressurized into the fuel tank main body (1) by the gas injection means (7) to maintain the contracted state of the cell (4).

In this way, the cell (4) is kept in a contracted state, the screw (5) is removed, and a measuring mechanism (6) such as a liquid level gauge is installed on the lid (2), and the instrument installation process is carried out. Until the process is completed, the cell (4) is kept in a contracted state, and after the process is completed, the pulp (1)' is opened and the gas in the oil tank body (11) is gently removed. The cell (4) returns to its natural extension state while exhibiting a quiet state.

As explained above, the present invention includes a cell attachment process of attaching a bellows-type cell that is vertically expandable and retractable corresponding to the opening to the lower surface of a fuel tank lid having an opening, and a lid equipped with the cell. In the method for assembling a fuel tank for an OF cable, which includes a lid attachment process for attaching the body to the top surface of the fuel tank body, the cell is not attached until the lid attachment process is completed. The cell retains its contracted state by being fixed to the lid via screws, which prevents the cell from moving accidentally when assembling the fuel tank, causing the cell to plastically deform and become unable to expand or contract or break. There is no fear, and the contribution to implementing this type of assembly method is significant.
