面に内導体を形成するとともに一１上記孔を囲む誘電体
ブ冶ツクの４つの外側面に外導体を形成した誘電体同軸
共振器において、誘電体ブロックのコーナ部を夫々丸み
を付け、これら丸みの曲率半径Ｒと上記誘導体ブロック
の厚みＬとの比Ｒ／Ｌが０．２から０．５の範囲となる
