Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A piston for an internal combustion engine in which a plurality of piston rings are fitted in the axial direction of the cylinder around the outer periphery of the head of a piston that reciprocates in sliding contact with the inner surface of the cylinder. A piston ring device for an internal combustion engine, characterized in that an elastic body having volume compressibility is integrally disposed with a ring body on at least one of opposing abutment surfaces of the abutment portions. 2. The piston ring device for an internal combustion engine according to claim 1, wherein the elastic body is made of a foamed material having a large number of microbubbles therein.
