Claims (1)
透視像を可視像変換部で可視像に変換し、この可視像を
テレビジョンカメラで撮影しモニタに映し出して被検体
の欠陥を検査する放射線透視検査装置において、前記放
射線発生器と可視像変換部との間゛に進退可能に配置さ
れ、前記可視像変換部への放射線の直接照射を防ぐ常閉
シャッタと、走行する前記被検体先端が前記放射線照射
視野内の所定位置に到達したことを検出する位置検出器
と、この位置検出器からの信号を受は前記常閉シャッタ
を被検体の走行速度より早い速度で開放させるシャッタ
駆動回路と、前記テレビジョンカメラの一走査線を選択
しその映像信号の被検体透視像部分の信号値とピーク値
との差を検出し、その差が所定値以内のときに前記シャ
ッタの走行を停止させる信号を前記シャッタ駆動回路に
供給するシャッタ制御回路とを備えたことを特徴とする
