結管5に前記空洞8と連通ずる数個の縦孔10を穿ち、
前記回転体2の周縁の数個所へ頂面に円孔11を穿った
椀形体12を嵌着し、椀形体12の円孔11の外面へ接
触させた球体13の軸杆14を支持板15へ挿通し、軸
杆14内端の止板16と支持板15間の軸杆14へ螺旋
17を巻回させた構成としたものである。
