Various types of tea strainers have been developed in which the body of the tea strainer is either integral with the main body or detachable, but these conventional types have the following problems in their manufacturing methods.

(1) As described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 6818 of 1930, for example, the through hole of the tea strainer body is directly drilled in the part corresponding to the spout of the main body, and then the spout is inserted into the main body. There is a method of manufacturing them in one piece by gluing them together, but in this case, the perforated parts of the through holes are structurally similar to the holes to be drilled into the spherical wall, so they are arranged in a radial pattern. Manufacturing method 1 The spacing and diameter of the cough holes are large, and the tea utensils manufactured by this method have a complicated structure, such as the addition of a wire mesh, making them difficult to use and expensive.

(2) In addition to this, a hemispherical tea strainer body with through holes as shown in Figure 6) was also developed, but the strainer body has a hemispherical bulging shape. Therefore, since the holes for the tea strainer are provided radially, the holes must be made manually by a skilled technician or a perforation machine with a complicated mechanism must be used.

Therefore, if it is done manually, it is extremely troublesome and inefficient, and requires detailed work, resulting in a low yield. If a drilling machine is used,
Due to the mechanism of the perforation machine that drills holes radially, there are restrictions on the number, arrangement, and diameter of the holes, and in any case, it is difficult to manufacture a tea strainer body with fine holes. If you use powdered tea, which has been in increasing demand recently, as it has a relatively large diameter, you will end up straining the dusty tea leaves and pouring them into the teacup without any taste. However, as is well known, clogging occurs frequently due to the formation of flakes at the tip.

Therefore, the diameter of the through holes should be made extremely small and the number of holes should be increased (this was done, but as shown in Figure 9, the outer diameter and inner diameter of the tea strainer body are different in diameter, so that the tea strainer efficiency could be improved. If the number of through holes is increased in order to increase the number of through holes, the adjacent through holes will overlap each other at the inner diameter (see figure (a)), resulting in poor strength. In order to facilitate the removal of drilling debris, the diameter of the through hole is made small in the inner diameter part and the through hole has a tapered shape [see figure ←]. Together with Paris, it was clogged with tea and sweets,
Also, it has been removed (l1lL) 11.

Furthermore, when installing the tea strainer, one must be careful to match the diameter of the spout opening to prevent misalignment. Therefore, the work requires skill,
This has become a serious problem in the manufacturing method of ceramic tea utensils.

(8) A metal tea strainer body with a removable tea strainer body, or a stop net made of metal or synthetic resin that is also detachable, is different from the conventional ceramic strainer in that it has fine straining lines. Although it has superior functionality as a tea strainer, due to the different materials, it must be manufactured in a separate factory from the main body, resulting in higher costs, and the problem that the tea strainer body and the main body are not attached. The problem is that the tea residue gets stuck in the parts and the intersections of the mesh, making it difficult to remove, and if used for a long time, glue-like scales will also adhere, completely clogging the strainer. be.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems that have arisen with the conventional method of manufacturing ceramic tea utensils, this idea was developed with a main body that has fine through holes that do not allow the passage of not only regular tea leaves but also dusty tea leaves such as powdered tea. A tea strainer body that is easy to clean without being pinched at the joint with the tea utensil can be easily installed even by non-experts. The aim of this successful method was to create a method for manufacturing ceramic tea utensils that could be made only from ceramics, which would not rust or deform, and which would provide a high quality tea utensil with a clean interior at a low cost. First, the present invention will be explained in detail as follows.

That is, in this invention, a thin flat plate made of the same material as the main body of a ceramic tea utensil is made with fine through holes on almost the entire surface, and then the flat plate is cut into an arbitrary shape to form a tea strainer body. The gist is to attach the body to the inner wall of the tea utensil main body so as to move the spout opening of the tea utensil main body, and to sinter the tea utensil body.

It should be noted that this invention is not limited to the following award-winning example. It is held between a pair of perforated plates 8a and 8b provided with fine through holes ga and 2b, and the perforated needle 4 provided above one of the perforated plates 8 is inserted into the plate body 1 through the two through holes. The plate is allowed to pass through to form a through hole 6 in the plate.

(1) Since the tea strainer body is formed into a thin flat plate, it is easy to drill many fine holes, the drilling device is simple, and it also fits easily into the curved shape of the inner wall of the tea strainer.
Combined with the softness of the clay, it has excellent adhesion, making it easy to integrate. Furthermore, the through holes are provided throughout the flat tea strainer body, which is thicker than the spout opening. Even if there is a slight misalignment with the part, it will not cause any trouble in use. Therefore, positioning the tea strainer body is extremely easy, and it is an extremely effective device that can be installed by anyone, even if you are not an expert like in the past. In addition, if the tea strainer body 6 is cut into a rectangular shape, the entire plate body 18 can be used without waste, which is economical.

(2) The inside of the main body (especially the joint with the tea strainer body) is made smoothly, has an excellent aesthetic appearance, is extremely clean, has high dignity, and has no risk of rust or deformation. 6
As shown in the figure, compared to the conventional tea strainer body, according to this invention, the diameter of the through holes in the tea strainer body is one-fifth.
Not only can it be made into extremely fine pieces, but it is also extremely easy to make holes in as many as 5 times as many holes. It is convenient to handle as there is no risk of pinching, and it can be used not only for powdered tea but also for black tea, making it possible to form a ceramic tea utensil that can be effectively used for both Japanese and Western tea.
