Conventionally, in order to prevent food from burning on the inside of the bottom of frying pans, etc., the inside surface was coated with fluorocarbon resin, etc.
Some methods have been devised in which grooves are formed on the inner surface of the bottom by pressing, or grooves are cut into the inner surface of the bottom using a cutting tool.

However, those that are coated with fluorine resin etc. have disadvantages such as the relatively expensive fluorine resin cost separate from the pot itself, the need for a coating process, and the coated fluorine resin peeling off from the inner surface of the bottom. In the case of pressing using molded material, the molding material is expensive because a large number of strips are formed at relatively narrow intervals, a press machine that can output high pressure is required, it is difficult to process with a curved bottom, and it is difficult to achieve uniformity. Since grooves are difficult to form, there are disadvantages such as uneven oil retention and poor appearance. Also, with tools that cut grooves with a cutting tool, if the surface to be cut is not smooth, the cutting tool will not cut properly. It is difficult to form a uniform groove because it is difficult to adjust the pressure, and it is especially difficult to form a shallow groove on a curved bottom. As shown in FIG.
There are drawbacks such as the formation of cutting burrs 10 on the edges of the material, making it rough, the grooves of the cut grooves being susceptible to rust, and especially the properties of clad materials and plated materials being lost.

For forming the grooves 3, the main body 1 that has been drawn is fixed to the chuck 7 of a machine tool such as a lathe that constitutes the female die of the main body 1, and the main body 1 is rotated about the center of the main body 1 as a rotation center. A pressing tool 8 is contacted from the front and moved in the radial direction from the center of rotation at a constant speed.

The main body 1 is pressed by the spherical body 6,6' of the pressing tool 8, and a concave spherical impression is continuous to form a spiral groove 3.

Furthermore, depending on the shape of the pot, such as a wok, the grooves 3 may be formed at the bottom 4 and at locations other than the bottom 4.

According to the present invention having the above configuration, excess oil when oil is applied to the inner surface 5 can be retained in the spiral groove 3, and oil is constantly transferred between the food to be cooked and the inner surface 5 during cooking. Since the food can be fed between the two, the food to be cooked will not burn on the inner surface 3.

Since the four spiral grooves 3 are continuous, the oil held in the grooves 3 can move freely within the grooves 3, and the oil can be automatically replenished to the inner surface 5 regardless of uneven heating. It works to equalize the

In particular, according to the present invention, since the concave stripes 3 are formed by pressing the spherical bodies 6, 6', the shape of the indentation does not change even with slight changes in the pressing force. A much more uniform concave strip 3 is formed compared to the above.

Therefore, since there are no irregularities in the formation of grooves 3, the yield of the product is improved, and very shallow grooves 3 are reliably formed, so that food does not become sticky due to excess oil.

Furthermore, in the case of cutting, the rim 1 of the groove 3a is

Furthermore, in the case of cutting, it is not possible to use cladding materials or plating materials, and the cutting part is likely to rust, causing the product to rust before being delivered to the consumer.According to the present invention, however, the four strips 3 are made of a spherical body 6.
Since the indentations are made by the grooves 6', not only can an optimal material such as cladding material be used, but also the grooves 3 are resistant to rust and have a mirror surface.
