おいて、前記ロータは、−面側に前記ロータ電極を有し
て前記ステータに面接触する金属ロータ部分と、該金属
ロータ部分を貫通し前記ステータに回転自在に軸止され
る回転軸を有し、かつ前記金属ロータ部分の他面上に凹
凸嵌合して一体に結合されるロータ部分とを備えること
