Claims (1)
う順次積重ねた圧電積層体の外周に線膨張率が前記積層
体のそれに相等しい外筒を配すると共に積層体の非駆動
面をこれと隣り合う外筒の一端面に連結し、かつ外筒の
他端面を固定することにより圧電積層体の駆動面を常に
一定位置に保持するよう温度補償してなる圧電積層体。A piezoelectric laminate in which a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic plates are sequentially stacked so that their polarization directions are opposite to each other is provided with an outer cylinder having a coefficient of linear expansion equal to that of the laminate on the outer periphery of the piezoelectric laminate, and the non-driving surface of the laminate is covered with this.
