された空間を設け、前記絞り部材の外周面およびこれと
僅かなすきまをもって対向する前記ハウジングの内周面
の少くとも一方の面を、回転によって軸受の内部へ向う
空気の流れを生ずるように形成し、かつ前記絞り部材の
反対側の軸受端面側に、前記シールされた空間と循環孔
によって連通ずる油受空間を形成する、油受部材を設け
