るオーリング、および外ケース上方から該外ケースに嵌
着され、内部に該オーリングと同心円状の孔を、該孔の

により形成され、該縦溝の凸端部とオーリング内縁とが
接するようにオーリングを内ケースと外ケース間に挟着
