Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the discharge by forming the guide in a discharger for discharging a folded book having predetermined pages movably in parallel and angular adjustably while adapting to the variation of the book size. CONSTITUTION:A folded book 6 is dropped onto a conveyor 8 and discharged while sliding the tip portion along the guide face 7a of a guide board 7 by means of a paper drop tape 5. Here the guide board 7 is moved in parallel through bevel gears 24, 27 as shown by dashed line by rotating a regulating shaft 22 through a handle, while when rotating a handle 29 the angle is regulated through a joint 16 and a fixed shaft 10 as shown by the dashed line to be positioned in correspondence to the size of the folding book 6.

大きさに対応して平行移動および角度調整する装置を設
けたことを特徴とする輪転印刷機の折機における排出装
置。 2、上記ガイド板に水平方向に複数個保持されたローラ
を水平方向に摺動させる案内溝と、上記ローラを介して
ガイド板を案内溝にそうて平行移動させる第1の駆動手
段とを保持し、軸に回動自在に支持されたヒンジレバー
を設け、上記軸に固定支持され、上記ヒンジレバーを揺
動させる第2の駆動手段を保持する固定レバーを設けた
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の輪転印刷
機の折機における排出装置。
