第１図は従来の中間歯車型スタータを示す縦断側面図、
第２図はこの考案のブ実雄側による中間歯車型スタータ
を示す一部破断の要部側面図である。図において、１は
原動機として作用する直流電動機、２は出力回転軸、３
は小歯車、４は大歯車、５は出力軸、８はオーバランニ
ングクラッチ、′１５はシフトレバ−１１７は電磁スイ
ッチ、１９は平歯車、２０は平歯車本体、２２は平歯車
歯部である。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　原動機軸に設けられた小歯車、この小歯車と噛合す
    る大歯車、この大歯車と共に回転する出力軸、この出力
    軸に摺動自在に装着されかつ機関のリングギヤに噛合係
    合される平歯車を有する中間歯車型スタータにおいて、
    前記平歯車の少なくとも歯部を合成樹脂で形成したこと
    を特徴とする中間歯車型スタータ。 ２　合成樹脂をガラス繊維強化ナイロン、その他の強化
    プラスチックの如き高分子合成樹脂とした実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の中間歯車型スタータ。 ３　平歯車の歯部を本体とは別体のリング状溝酸とした
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の中間
    歯車型スタータ。
