A cylindrical partition plate having an oil flotation hole in the center is loosely inserted into the injection tank on the outer wall of the overflow tank, and waste water from the injection tank is connected to the overflow tank. When the water reaches the water level above the partition plate, the partition floats up by its own buoyancy or another driving force, and the waste water is pumped through the gap between the partition and the overflow tank created by the floating.
