示す拡大断面図、第3図は従来装置の他の例を示す拡大
断面図、第4図はこの考案の一実施例を示す断面図、第
5図はその動作を示す拡大断面図である。
図において、1は半導体装置、2は第1の案内レール、
3は第2の案内レール、4は第1の分離ピン、5は第2
の分離ピン、6は第3の分離ピンである。なお、図中の
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

(1) 複数個の物体を連続整列して案内する案内レ
ールと、この案内レールに案内されて一方向に移動する
