  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　うず巻状に巻回されて固着成形されたコイル体を複
    数個うず巻の中心軸方向に積層してなるコイル積層体。 ２　絶縁被覆線を、巻回後に接着剤で固着成形してコイ
    ル体とした事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のコイル積層体。 ３　絶縁被覆線にあらかじめ塗布した未硬化の接着剤を
    巻回後に加熱して固着成形してコイル体とした事を特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコイル積層
    体。 ４　可とう性絶縁シート上に印刷された導体パターンを
    コイル体とした事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のコイル積層体。
