、第１の時定数用抵抗を介して直流電源に接続された第
１のコンデンサと、この第１のコンデンサの充電電圧が
所定値以上となった際に動作−され前記スイッチをオン
するリレーと、このリレーの動作時第２の時定数用抵抗
を介して前記直流電源に接続される第２のコンデンサと
、この第２のコンデンサの充電電圧が所定値以上となる
とオンされる第１のサイリスタと、前記第１のコンデン
サに並列に接続され前記第１のサイリスタがオンされる
とオンされ前記第１のコンデンサの両端電圧番所定値以
下にするとともに前記第１の時定数用抵抗を介して保持
電流を供給される第２のサイリスタとを備えたことを特
