Wire mesh buried in the floor of a building for reinforcement tends to sag due to its own weight, so it is usually supported by temporary frames or supporting metal fittings fixed on deck plates at 1rrL intervals, but conventionally Many of the supporting metal fittings used have a structure that simply has a ■-shaped wire holder at the upper end.

Therefore, in recent years, some devices have been used that have a structure in which both sides forming the wire receiving part are lengthened and then folded back to secure the wire. The work requires time and effort and has the disadvantage of increasing construction costs.

This idea was made in view of the above, and consists of bending a vertically long rectangular metal plate to form an L-shape with a mounting seat at the lower end, and using the edge as an opening at the upper end of the bent part for internal expansion. A supporting metal fitting is provided with an open wire receiving part, and when in use, the supporting metal fitting is positioned so as to pass between the left and right pieces forming the supporting part for the wire, and the wire is connected to the receiving part through the opening. Once fitted, the support member is then twisted approximately 45 degrees to firmly connect it to the wire, and by fixing the additional seat to the temporary frame or deck plate, even if an external force is applied to the wire, it will not come out from the receiving part. This was done so that they could gain support so that they would not secede.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. A vertically long rectangular plate with a width of approximately 6 C71b, a length of scm, and a thickness of 177+771 is bent into an L shape with the vertical center line as the bent part 1, and its left and right pieces 2a, The lower part of 2b is cut to a depth of about 3 cm from the lower end at the bent part, and the left and right pieces of this part are bent outward at right angles with the cut end as the starting end to form mounting seats 3a and 3b. An internally expanding wire receiving part 5 is formed at the upper end of the bent part 1 with an opening 6 at the edge.

In addition, in the case of the wire 3 to 477 m, the receiving part 5 has an opening 6 of approximately 5 rrgrL and an inner expanded part T of approximately 6 rr.
It is desirable to use a circular hole of rIrL.

For example, in FIGS. 3 to 5, the supporting metal fittings for the wire mesh constructed as described above are shown in FIG. is placed in the center of both pieces 2a and 2b of the support member 4, and the wire 10 is inserted into the receiving part 5 through the opening 6.
are fitted together, and then twisted approximately 45 degrees to the state shown in FIGS.
a and the side edge of the expanded portion I of the receiving portion 5, that is, the side edge of both pieces 2B, 2b on the other 2b side, and are coupled in a fixed state, and then the mounting seat 3a・The wire 10 is supported by nailing the wire 3b into the temporary frame 9 once through the nail holes 8a and gb.

However, as is clear from FIGS. 4 and 5, the supporting metal fitting itself is nailed to the temporary frame 9, so it does not move, and the wire 10 is attached to the expanded portion 7 forming the receiving portion 5. Since it is pressed by one side and one of the left and right pieces 2a and 2b, it is connected in a fixed state, and even if the wire 10 is hit by a flaming blade from below, it will be blocked by the edge of the opening 6, and there is no possibility of it escaping. Not at all.

As explained above, in this invention, a vertically long rectangular plate is bent into an L shape with the vertical center line as the bent part, and a mounting seat is formed at the bottom of the resulting left and right pieces, which is bent outward with the bent part as a cut. and a wire receiving part formed at the upper end of the bent part with an enlarged part with an upper edge as an opening, and the wire receiving part is connected to the wire receiving part through the opening. It has a simple structure because it has a wire mesh support fitting with a wire receiving part that engages with one side of the left and right pieces of the wire wall and connects in a fixed state when the support fitting is inserted and twisted. Regardless, the wire can be supported in a securely held state, and the installation operation is easy, so it has various effects such as increasing work efficiency.
