第２図は本考案シール機構を備えた同心型バタフライ弁
を示す部分断面図、第３図はそのバルブシートの断面と
スラスト軸受は面の平面とを示す図、第４図は第３図の
ＩＶ−ＩＶ線に沿った上記軸受は面の中心の断面図、第
５図は上記軸受は面とディスクの端面との接触部を示す
拡大断面図である。 ２０・・・ボデー、２１・・・バルブシート、２１ａ・
・・スラスト軸受は面、２２・・・ステム、２３・・・
ディスク、２３ａ・・・回転軸方向端面、２４・・・孔
部、２５・・・溝、２６・・・山部。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ディスク２３のステム２２との連結部と隣接する
    回転軸方向断面２３ａと、これと対向するバルブシート
    ２１のスラスト軸受は面２１ａとの接触部Ａに接触圧を
    加えてこの両者間の間隙をシールするようになしたバタ
    フライ弁において、上記バルブシート２１のスラスト軸
    受は面２１ａに、ステム２２及びディスク２３の回動軸
    と同心円状に複数の溝２５を穿設し、更にこの溝２５穿
    設部にグリース状の合成樹脂を塗布したことを特徴とす
    るバタフライ弁のシール機構。
  2. （２）前記バルブシート２−１の軸受は面２１ａに穿設
    された複数の溝２５が断面■字形で夫々等間隔に設けら
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載のバ
    タフライ弁のシール機構。
