Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of mold flash and consequently obtain molded pieces with favorable external appearance by a structure wherein a tapered part is formed at the extrusion end of the parting part of an extrusion molding metal mold with the parting part, the direction of which is the same as that of extrusion. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion space having a nearly same form as that of a molded piece is formed in the extrusion molding metal mold 1 vertically separable into a top force 2 and a bottom force 3. In addition, the tapered part 5 is formed at the extrusion end of the parting part 4, at which the top force 2 and the bottom force 3 abut against each other. Concretely, for example, the tapered part 5 can be formed downwardly inclined with respect to the direction of the parting part or the mold corresponding to the tapered part 5 can be separated from the parting part 4 as a separate body 11 and a tapered top force 21 can be fixed to the top force 2 by clamping with fittings such as bolts or the like and a tapered bottom force 31 can be similarly fixed to the bottom force 3 so as to form the tapered part 5.

Conventionally, when an extrusion mold insert is divided vertically as shown in Fig. 1, a synthetic resin molded product is separated in a parting part P between an upper mold B and a lower mold C as shown in Fig. 2. Paris E was likely to appear in the part corresponding to the padding part P. In the extrusion mold A, when the extrusion mold A is divided vertically or horizontally in the extrusion direction, a padding part P is always formed. A slight gap would be created in the parting part P, and the extruded resin etc. would enter the gap (1), causing cracks to appear on the molded product.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of one embodiment of the present invention, and in the figure, l is an extrusion mold, 2 is an upper mold, aVi lower mold, 4 is a parting part, 5 is a part of the developer, and 6ij is an extrusion space. , 7t'
1 extrusion insertion port. Extrusion mold l has upper mold 2 and lower mold 8
It is formed by being divided into upper and lower parts, and an extrusion space 6 having substantially the same shape as the molded product is formed. The upper die 2 and the lower die 8 are in contact with each other through a parting portion 4, and a tapered portion 6 is formed at the extrusion tip of the parting portion 4. FIG. 4 is a partial sectional view of the parting part 4, showing a state in which the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 8 are separated by moving in the vertical direction, and the taper slopes downward with respect to the direction of the parting part 4. Part 6 is formed. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the mold for the Dever part 6 is made into a separate body 11, the Dever upper mold 21 is placed in the upper mold 2, and the Dever upper mold 21 is placed in the lower mold 8.
The T-bar portion 5 may also be formed by tightening and fixing the Dever lower mold 81 with a fixture 8 such as a bolt. In this case, mold processing becomes easier and costs can be lowered.
Moreover, it can be replaced and repaired easily.

Further, the barding section 4 does not have to be vertically disposed in the extrusion direction, but may be divided horizontally.

Here, extrusion insertion lower 1'l from the tip of the extruder: When a synthetic resin is extruded and a molded product is extruded from the extrusion space, even if paris occurs in the horizontal part d of the parting part 4. The groove is scraped off from the molded product by the deva portion 6 at the tip thereof, so that the molded product is free of cracks.

As described above, the present invention forms a part of the keeper that is inclined toward the extrusion tip side of the parting part, so that burrs are not generated. It is something that will disappear.
