従来、第1図の如く、押出成形金型入を上下方向に分割
した場合、上型Bと下型Cとの間のパーティング部Pに
おいて、第2図の如く、合成樹脂の成型品りのパーディ
ング部Pに当る部分にパリEが出易いものであった。押
出成形金型Aでは、押出し方向に対して上下、あるいは
左右と分割した場合には、必らずパーディング部Pが形
成されるため、初めは正確に密着していても、経年変化
によって、パーティング部Pにわずかのすき間が生じる
ことになり、そのすき間に押出樹脂等が入(1)
す、パリとなって成型品りに表われることになっていた

図であり、上下方向に移動させて、上型2と下型8を離
した状態であり、パーティング部4の方向に対して下方
へ傾斜せるテーパ一部6が形成されている。第6図は本
発明の他の実施例であり、デーバ一部6の部分の金型を
別体11にして、上型2にデーバー上型21を、下型8
にデーバー下型81をボルト等の固定具8によって締付
固定せしめてt−バ一部5を形成してもよい。との場合
