この発明は合成樹脂製品の射出成形において製品とラン
チ、ゲートの分離を容易かつ自動的ならしめて成形後の
後加工の労を取除く目的から創作した射出成形法及び同

第1図乃至第4図は、従来実施されている数種のゲート
の状態を示すもので1は固定金型、2は嵌脱金型、3は
両金型の接着面を示す。これら金型に充填されるプラス
ティックにおいて4は製品、5はランナ、6はゲートで
