に灯油ポンプ１の吸入筒４を挿入し、前記キャップ本体

し、前記栓兼用筒先６の下部６２の外径を前記排出筒用
孔Ｃの内径より小径に形成し、該排出筒用孔Ｃに前記栓
兼用筒先６を抜き挿し自在に挿通したことを特徴とする
