Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove sediments easily and quickly while leaving a filter layer as it is, by layering a filter layer above the bottom of a filter tank formed into a through-shaped bottom through a perforated plate, and opening a sediment discharging pipe provided to one side wall of said bottom. CONSTITUTION:Water in a water tank is circulated through a water supplying pipe 14, a filter tank 1, and a filtered water sending pipe 15 in series by actuating a pump 19, and air is supplied to air feeding pipes 5 and 6 to produce air bubbles by actuating a blower 18. Water to be filtered is upward passed through a perforated base plate 4 and a filter layer 9 by the air bubbles and is aerated, and sediments are removed by the filter layer 9. When the sediments are accumulated in the layer 9, air is blown only from the air feeding pipe 5 by closing a valve 7 to raise the sediments contained in the layer 9 to the surface, and then the sediments are discharged from a flow-in pipe 10. Next, air is blown from the pipe 6 by closing a valve 16 and opening a valve 17 to agitate the sludge staying on the through-shaped bottom surface 3, and the sludge is discharged from a pipe 12 by feeding water from a pipe 13.

The opening level of the discharge pipe 12 and the water supply pipe 13 is located at the middle part between the perforated bottom plate 4 and the hammer-shaped bottom face 3, and the middle part is provided with a superfluid water supply connected to a live fish culture tank (not shown). A pipe 14 is opened in the tank wall, and a superhydrous water pipe 15 is connected to the tank wall, and the water pipe 15 is connected to the live fish culture tank. The air supply pipes 5.6 are each connected to a blower I8 via a valve 16.17, and the superfluous water supply pipe 15 is provided with a circulation pump 19. The lower end of the floating matter inflow pipe] 0 is connected to the sediment discharge pipe 12. In addition, what is shown by 20 in the figure is a filtrate water overflow plate, 21 is a cooler, 22 is a filtrate water overflow plate, 23 is a material for receiving water, and 24.25 is for supporting the same material 23. It is a perforated plate.

Therefore, the pump 19 is started to cover the water in the live fish culture tank.
When air is circulated to the super water supply pipe 14, filtration tank] and the super water pipe 15, and the blower 18 is started to supply air to the air supply pipe 5.6, as shown in FIG. 5. Air bubbles rise from 6 to supply oxygen to the inside of the filter 1, and the filtrated water passes upward through the porous bottom plate 4 and further passes through the filtration layer 9 from bottom to top to be aerated and collect precipitates. The water is passed through the water layer 9 to become water, which is circulated from the water pipe 15 to the live fish culture tank. If such one-vortex operation continues for about one year, sediment will accumulate in the filtration layer 9 and the f-filtration capacity will be significantly reduced, and the sediment will descend down the porous bottom plate 4 and onto the hammer-shaped bottom surface 3. Deposits like mud.

In this state, first close the valve 7 and lower the air pipe 6.
When the air supplied by the blower 18 is strongly discharged only from the upper air supply pipe 5, the sediment in the filtration layer 9 rises to the surface of the water with the strong discharged rising air from the air supply pipe 5, and the floating sediment 26 flows into the intermediate pipe 10 from the upward flow population 11 of the floating material inflow pipe 10 and is discharged from the discharge pipe 12, and the sediment 2
6 is removed (the state is shown in Fig. 3).After that, the valve 16 is further closed to close the upper air supply pipe 5, and when the valve 17 is opened, air is strongly blown out from the lower air supply pipe 6 by the blower 18. When the sludge on the hammer-shaped bottom surface 3 is stirred and the sludge on the bottom surface 3 is stirred, the valve 27 of the sediment discharge pipe 12 is opened and water is supplied from the water supply pipe 13 for sediment discharge.
The sludge being stirred in the middle part between the two is discharged from the discharge pipe 2 by the same water supply (the state is shown in Figs. 4 and 5).

The work of removing such precipitates is completed in 20 to 30 minutes. After that, both valves 16 and 17 are opened to their original states and the above-mentioned normal operation work is carried out.

In conventional e-filtration equipment for live fish cultivation tanks, the filtration layer inside the e-filtration tank was manually removed to the outside, washed outside the tank, and then layered inside the original tank, making it difficult to clean sediment. It requires labor and time, and has defects that cause live fish to die or become weakened.

The present invention has been made in view of the above defects, and since the present invention is configured as described above, one overlayer 9 in the overlayer cypress 1 is
There is no need to remove the filtration layer 9 from the Japanese cypress and wash it, and the precipitate 26 and accumulated sludge can be removed very quickly without any effort while the filtration layer 9 is stacked inside the 17411.
