In a vehicle seat formed by placing a cushion body made of a foam material on a scrap board, a shape retaining material is buried along the outer periphery of the bottom of the cushion body, and a plurality of molds are buried in the scrap board located below the shape retaining material. A vehicle seat characterized in that a through hole is opened, and a fixing tool is engaged with a shape retaining material through the through hole of the out-of-print material, so that the out-of-print material and a cushion body are integrally formed.
