Claims (1)
- 筒形の支持部材に固定電極を支持させ、この固定電極の
前面に導電薄膜の形成された振動膜を所定の間隔で張架
してなるトランスジューサにおいて、前記支持部材、固
定電極および振動膜に弾力性を有する導電性ケースを被
せるとともに前記振動膜と前記ケースとを電気的に導通
させてなることを特徴とするトランスジューサ。
