フライホイールの回転中心に立設してピンチローラと協
働してテープを駆動する一対のキャプスタン軸と、前記
両キャプスタン軸と三角形を形成する位置に配置してモ
ータにより回転駆動されるプーリと、このプーリと前記
両フライホイール間にそれぞれ掛は渡した一対の無端ベ
ルトと、前記プーリを前記フライホイールの主面と同一
面上に移動して一方のフライホイール側へ移動すること
により一方のベルトを緊張させて他方のフライホイール
のみを正方向に回転させるとともに他方のフライホイー
ル側へ移動することにより他方のベルトを弛緩させると
ともに一方のベルトを緊張させて一方のフライホイール
のみを逆方向に回転させるプーリ移動手段どを備えたテ
