Claims (1)
部及び移動電極とを一体に形成してなるメインスプリン
グを備え、該メインスプリングの周縁部の対向位置と、
該位置とほぼ９０°隔てた位置に設けた前記メインスプ
リングと同じ材料からなり一部にばりを有するリングと
をそれぞれ固定電極を備えたベース間に固定し、前記メ
インスプリングの変位によって生ずる前記移動電極と固
定電極間の静電容量の変化を測定することを特徴とする
