るようにした架体の支枠に、移動杆体を固定した可搬装
置を備え、前記移動杆体は先端に噴射ノズルを備えたロ
ッドを嵌挿支持してなり、前記可搬装置を操作すること
により前記噴射ノズルが熱交換器の熱交換パイプ開口面
上の任意の位置に移動できるようにするとともに、前記
噴射ノズルからのジェット噴射により熱交換パイプ内壁
の固着物を除去するようにしたことを特徴とする原油精
