Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主バーナて発生した窒素酸化物を還元バーナで発生した
    還元性中間生成物で還元処理するものにおいて、還元バ
    ーナに対してこの還元バーナとほぼ同一軸心線上に位置
    するよう内側から順に空気供給筒、不活性ガス供給筒を
    設け、還元バーナ火炎全長の一部に対して同還元バーナ
    火炎周囲を不活性ガスで覆うよう構成した低ＮＯｘ燃焼
    装置。
