Claims (1)
してなり水平に配置された発光管1の外周に、内管3と
外管4とからなりそれらの間に冷却液を流すようにした
筒状の冷却ジャケット2を前記発光管1との間に間隔を
持たせて配置した紫外線照射用高圧放電灯において、前
記発光管1の外壁と冷却ジャケット2の内管3との間隔
を0.5〜2.5 mmとし、かつ発光管1の上部外壁
と冷却ジャケット2の内管3との間隔D1を、発光管1
の下部外壁と冷却ジャケット2の内管3との間隔D2よ
りも小さくしたことを特徴とする紫外線照射用高圧放電
灯。 −A cylindrical tube consisting of an inner tube 3 and an outer tube 4, with a cooling liquid flowing between them, is arranged around the outer periphery of a horizontally arranged arc tube 1 which is filled with metal halides along with mercury and a rare gas.
