回転割出しするとともに割出された歯車に面取り工具を
支持した工具ヘッドを前後移動させて歯車の面取りを行
うようにしたものにおいて、工具ヘッドの前後駆動機構
または支持台の割出駆動機構のいずれか一方に位相補正
装置を設け、この位相補正装置は、上記駆動機構に接続
される同一軸心線上の入力軸、および、出力軸を備え、
この入力軸および出力軸の端部に封筒させて傘歯車を取
付け、これらの傘歯車を覆うケーシングを入力軸および
出力軸のまわりに回転可能に支持し、上記傘歯車の左右
部で噛合う一対の傘歯車を入力軸と直角な軸心をもって
ケーシングに支持し、上記ケーシングを入力軸のまわり
に回転することにより、入力軸と出力軸の位相を補正す
るように構成したことを特徴とする歯車面取機の補正装
