Claims

A low-friction seal ring having a plurality of holes that slides on the sliding surface and connects the inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof, and is arranged concentrically with the low-friction seal ring and presses the low-friction seal ring against the sliding surface. A rotary seal comprising an elastic seal ring, wherein the plurality of holes are provided so as to cover almost the entire width of the sliding surface without gaps due to the trajectory of the holes relative to the rotating sliding surface.
