正常運転時に上記第１の１次巻線の起磁力を打消すよう
に設定した第２の１次巻線と、これらに結合する２次巻
線とを有する異常検出用変成器と、この変成器の２次巻
線出力に接続され入力が一定レベル以上であらかじめ定
めである時間継続した場合にのみ出力を発生する異常事
態検出部とを具備することを特徴とする冷却用ファンの
