    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に複数本のヒータ管を埋設した平面円形の低温タン
    クの底版において、底版を複数の扇形の区画に分割し、
    各区画内に、中央部において湾曲し両端が底版の外周縁
    に達する複数本のヒータ管を等間隔かつ平行に埋設した
    ことを特徴とする低温タンクの底版。
