本発明は回転電機のローター引抜き分解法に係り、特に
ガスタービンと発電機とスチームタービンとが順に一軸
上に連結された回転電機のローター引抜き分解法に関す

が増大し、ひいてはプラント全体を長期停止する事態を
招く欠点がある2、ところでこの種発電設備を設置する
場所ではクレーンの大きなものが設備されていないのが
普通で、発電機全体は吊れない。発電機のローター(約
40t)が単独で吊れる50tのクレーンが設備されて

結部が両タービン2,3の回転軸の連結部より上方に位
置するように発電機1を上方にあげ、このあげた発電機
1の下部に方向変換装置5を設置し、この方向変換装置
5で発電機1の軸方向位置を変換してから、発電機lの
ローター4を引抜くようにした。このようにすることに
よシ、引抜く側のいずれのタービン2.3を分解撤去し
なくとも発電機1単独でローター4を引抜き分解するこ
とが可能となり、発電機1の保守点検を容易にすること
ができる。すなわち発電機1と両タービン2,3との連
結部を取り外して、発電機1を図中2点鎖線で示しであ
るようにジヤツキで上方にあげる(以下、ジヤツキアッ
