Abstract

れなどによシむらが生じた場合複写像に大きく影響する
こととなる。又、一つのフィルタ一部材を露光光路中に
新たに設けることはコスト的にも不利となるなど欠点が
あった。

れの要因を無くす利点があシ、同時に部品点数を減す事
となシ、生産性、コスト両面の向上となる。
