A stop is provided between the mounting plate and the support base, and an elastic member is provided between the mounting plate and the support base so as to bias the mounting plate and the support base in a direction that separates the support base, and so that the 744 part and the through hole are concentric. Both ends of the elastic member are attached to predetermined positions on the mounting plate and the support base, respectively, and are engaged with an engaging portion provided on the small diameter portion of the stepped rod, so that the stepped rod is connected to the large diameter portion of the stepped rod. A fixture is fixed to the second member in a state in which the part is in contact with the second member against the elastic force of the elastic member, and the stepped rod and the second member are fixed and loosened OT. 1.
