Claims (1)
クッション部材を発泡成形型の上型に取り付け、発泡合
成樹脂の原液を前記発泡成形型の下型に注入して第２の
クッション性を有スる第２のクッション部材を成形して
一体に形成される車両等のシートのクッションパッドに
おいて、前記第１のクッション部材が予じめ所望形状に
成形された通気性を有するレジンフェルト層に接合され
て形状保持された状態で前記上型に取り付けられ、前記
レジンフェルト層及び第１のクッション部材が前記第２
のクッション部材を発泡成形する際に発生する゛発泡ガ
ス及びエアを通過させ得る構成を有すると共に発泡合成
樹脂の原液が前記レジンフェルト層に含浸して形成され
ている事を特徴とする車両等のシートのクッションパッ
