Attach the screen 3 to the rear upper part of the housing 1.
A vertically opening door 4 was provided to cover the front and top surfaces of the door, and a mirror 5 was provided on the inner surface of the door 4. but,
With conventional devices like this, the screen 3 is located high up, making it difficult to see when sitting in a Japanese-style room, and the screen 3 remains exposed to the outside even when not in use. This had the disadvantage that it became dirty and easily damaged.

In this receiver, first, a housing 6 with an open front is provided, and three projection cathode ray tubes 7, R, G, and H, are arranged in-line in the vertical direction inside the housing 6. Doors 8°9, which can be opened and closed horizontally, are attached to the front left and right sides of the housing 6 by connecting them with hinges or the like.

Then, the projection cathode ray tube 7, the screen 1o, and the mirror 11 can all be housed within the housing 6, so that they are less likely to get dirty with dust or get damaged by hitting other objects. Therefore, a good image can be displayed for a long period of time, and the service life can be extended.
まだ、外観も良好なものとすることができる。However, the appearance can still be made good.

きるものである。On the other hand, when in use, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the doors 8 and 9 are opened laterally to a predetermined angle, and the projection cathode ray tube 7 is opened.
By reflecting the television image from a mirror 11 and projecting it onto a screen 10, a color television image is projected on a screen 1o. In this way,
The 1° screen position can be lowered much lower than before, almost to the floor, so even when sitting in a Japanese-style room, the image can be projected at about eye level, making it extremely easy to see. In addition, it is possible to obtain the best color balance at that time.

形テレビジョン受像機を得ることができるものである。As described above, according to the present invention, a projection cathode ray tube is arranged vertically in-line in a housing, and doors are provided on the front left and right sides of the housing so that they can be opened and closed horizontally. By providing a screen on one side and a hole on the other inner surface, each part will not get dirty or damaged when not in use, and a good image can be projected for a long period of time.
It is possible to obtain a projection type television receiver that can lower the screen position and project images when in use, and is suitable for viewing while sitting in a Japanese-style room.
