外部より導かれた冷却水を主としてノズルの外周部に循
環させるための一次冷却流路と、該−次冷却流路より排
出された冷却水をトーチ内部に循環させるための二次冷
却水流路とを有する冷却水循環装置を前記トーチに内蔵
状に設けてなることを特徴とする薄板構造物の点状加熱
