  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ガラス基板上に薄膜太陽電池を複数段構成し、該薄
    膜太陽電池下面より電極を取り出す太陽電池において、
    透明電極よりの電極取り出し用金属電極を透明電極上に
    構成した事を特徴とする薄膜太陽電池。 ２　ガラス基板上に薄膜太陽電池を複数段構成し、該薄
    膜太陽電池下面より電極を取り出す太陽電池において、
    金属電極より電極を取り出す部分には透明電極を構成し
    ない事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の薄膜太陽電池。 ３　透明電極よりの電極取り出し用金属電極及び金属電
    極より電極を取り出す部分の金属部を太陽電池の分割目
    盛とした事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    、第２項記載の薄膜太陽電池。
