An installation stand on which a record player and audio equipment such as a tuner and cassette deck, which are smaller in depth than the record player, are installed, and includes a top plate having approximately the same width and depth as the record player, and a rear part of the top plate. It is provided on the bottom surface and is composed of a spacer frame made of a plate-like frame with a width approximately equal to the difference in depth between the record player and other audio equipment, and is surrounded by the top plate, the spacer frame, and the installation surface. Audio equipment other than the record player is housed in the space without any gaps, and the record player is placed on the top plate, and the plate-like bodies on both sides forming the spacer frame are expandable and retractable.
