定フレーム３内に摺動可能に嵌合した計量フレーム４に
計量枡５を着脱自在に、かつ計量フレーム４を摺動して
計量枡５の上面がタンク１の供給ロート６と連通ずる場
合は計量枡５の下面と固定フレーム３の下板に設けた装
填ロート７との連通は遮断され、また計量枡５の下面が
装填ロート７と連通ずる場合は計量枡５の上面と供給ロ
ート６との連通を遮断せしめるごとく設け、一方、下部
フレーム８内にロール状の袋材９を装着し、下部フレー
ム８の上板に設けた細孔１０を通して引き上げられた袋
材９の引出部１１内に開袋錘１１を納め、かつ装填ロー
ト７は該引出部１１の端開口を嵌め込み可能ならしめる
嵌め込み部１３を有し、該嵌め込み部１３と下部フレー
ム８との間に上端シール器１４と下端シール器１５を設
