Claims (1)
有する吸、排気弁と球形のシリンダヘッド壁面とを備え
た半球状燃焼室を形成し、該シリンダヘッド壁面に開設
された吸気口と排気口との間に吸気弁座外周の一部に沿
って燃焼室内に突出して吸気を燃焼室周方向に旋回させ
る案内壁を設け、かつ該シリンダヘッド壁面を吸気側半
球状壁面と排気側半球状壁面とを有する多球形壁面に形
、成し、該案内壁の排気口側側壁面を排気側半球状壁面
に滑らかに連続する曲面となるように構成したエンジン
の燃焼室構造において、上記案内壁と反対側のシリンダ
ヘッド壁面に点火栓を臨設するとともに、上記点火栓に
近接した位置でかつ上記案内壁方向側に、シリンダヘッ
ド壁面から突出する壁を設けたことを特徴とするエンジ
