て、扉の内外両方向への回動を阻止し、解錠状態に於て
は、錠杆は後退して受孔との保合は外れるが、扉と枠と
の境界を誇がる位置にまでしか後退せず、扉の内方向へ
のみの回動を許容すると共に、外部からの非常解錠装置
の操作によっては、錠杆が扉と枠との境界から後退して
、扉を外方向にも回動可能とするようにしてなることを
